Brief Introduction
The machine is used for pouch cell aluminum laminated case top & side edge sealing before electrolyte injection process. The sealing blade is made of copper, which ensures excellent heat conduction. The heating temperatures for both the upper and lower sealing blades can be independently regulated and controlled as needed.

● The device boasts unique safety protection and anti-scald design. The temperature of both the upper and lower sealing blades can be adjusted independently by the thermostat.
● The sealing blade is made of copper material with good heat conduction effect, and reduces electricity consumption while enhancing working efficiency.
● The pressure of the upper and lower sealing blades can be adjusted by pressure regulating valve to realize different process requirements.
● The upper and lower sealing blades are driven by gas cylinders and guided by two linear guide bushings, which are flexible in up and down movement and ensure the parallelism of the sealed edges.
● The equipment can accommodate various sizes battery without requiring adjustments to the sealing blade, convenient to use.
● The device adopting aluminum material to make the frame and metal plate adopts geometry design, overall looks simple and exquisite.
